ABOUT

Media Masters Rock – Free (K-8) Digital Citizenship Resources for Alabama Teachers

Media Masters Rock was created by Rockin’ Eco Hero and PBS TV Star Steve Trash.
Steve’s lifelong passion for helping kids understand the natural world has grown to include helping them build critical thinking skills and treat each other better — both online and offline.

This program gives students the tools to think clearly, act kindly, and navigate today’s digital world with confidence and curiosity.

A huge thanks goes to the Alabama Association of Resource Conservation and Development Councils (RC&D) and the producers of the amazing music festival: SHOALSFEST for their generous financial support in making the Media Masters Rock Toolkit possible.

Their partnership has helped provide free, Course of Study–aligned resources for teachers across Alabama who are shaping the next generation of smart, safe digital citizens.
